Overview
Benicio Del Toro is an accomplished Puerto Rican born actor who emerged in the mid-'90s as one of the most magnetic character actors to come along in years.
A favorite of film buffs, Benicio gained mainstream public attention in Steven Soderbergh's Traffic for which he won the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award and Golden Globe in 2001.
Benicio is also well-known for films such as Sin City, 21 Grams, Snatch, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and The Usual Suspects.

The Wolf Man
Benicio is filming a remake of the classic horror film, starring as The Wolf Man opposite Anthony Hopkins and Emily Blunt. The film is scheduled for a release in early 2009.

Guerrilla and The Argentine
The two-part biography of Che Guevera, directed by Steven Soderbergh, will premiere in 2008. Guevara was an Argentine-born Marxist revolutionary, political figure, and leader of Cuban and internationalist guerrillas.
